The quiet area of McGroarty and McVine could be changed to include a new 13 lot subdivision. Neighbors in and around the area have met with the Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council’s Land Use Committee to learn more about the proposal since a copy of the application was recently received. Description of the requested actions by the City are listed below. The STNC’s Land Use Committee is working with the neighbors to invite the owner to discuss more of his plans for the site.

TEN NEW SFD WILL BE BUILT. THE PRIVATE SCHOOL EXISTS UNDER ZA-1995-212-CU. A MID-POINT LOT WIDTH ADJUSTMENT IS REQUESTED FOR LOT 7. A HAUL ROUTE IS ALSO BEING REQUESTED.
