EWDD and HR&A would like to hear from individuals and organizations across the City who are actively working to strengthen the Los Angeles economy in general, or in neighborhoods struggling with historic or structural under-investment.
You, or your organization, have been identified as a stakeholder performing this work, and we are requesting your participation in a hands-on prioritization workshop that is critical to ensuring that the Strategy represents a robust and equitable Los Angeles economy in the years ahead.
What Do We Need?
During the workshop, you and fellow stakeholders will be asked to help refine and prioritize a list of strengths, weaknesses and potential strategy targets developed during HR&A’s initial analysis. You will also be asked provide feedback about the following questions:
What strategies would support economic development for City residents?
What do the City’s economy and businesses need to grow and become more resilient?
What do you or your organization need to support economic development?
What has your experience been with past economic development initiatives?
When and Where?
We look forward to hearing from you! Please contact LAEDS@ArellanoAssociates.com with any questions about this workshop. We look forward to seeing you on October 18 at the Marvin Braude Constituent Center. Light refreshments will be served.
